1. Returning your items
a) All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.
b) Exceptions: If there is a print error deemed to be our fault we will offer to reprint the items free of charge or provide a refund for the items affected. Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before you return them to us and any liability is agreed.
a) The legal right to withdraw from your agreement with us (also called the legal right to cancel the order) within 14 days does not apply to the order of customised products. However you have the right to cancel any Order for Goods in the following circumstances:
(i) if we have failed to dispatch the Goods ordered within 7 days after the delivery date stated on your Order
(ii) in the case of Faulty Goods at the earliest opportunity after you have discovered the fault or defect (provided that you have been deemed to have inspected the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 14 days after receipt).
b. Notice of the wish to cancel must be made by email to the email address of [email protected]
c. For the avoidance of doubt, save in respect of faulty or defective goods, nothing in our Terms and Conditions of Business shall give you the rights of cancellation in regard to the Goods which, by their nature have been made to your specifications & clearly personalised.
d. In the case of cancellation under Condition 2(a) above, we will be responsible for all sums paid (including initial and re-delivery charges (if any)) in respect of the Goods in question.
e. All items of Goods which are returned by you to Merchsmith must be returned in their original packaging (which the you should retain for the purpose) and must be in an unused condition.
3. Receiving a refund
In the case of a refund being agreed between you and Merchsmith, payment will be made within 14 days of the agreement date.
